96 Applications and notices in the case of corporation (1) Where any notice or application is by or under this Act authorized or required to be given or made by any person in connexion with a licence it may in the case of a corporation be given or made on behalf of the corporation by any chairman member of the governing body director manager secretary or officer thereof. S. 96(2) repealed by No. 103/2004 s. 44.
