87 Secretary may enter into contract of insurance or indemnity for purposes of Act S. 87(1) amended by Nos 86/1994 s. 47(zy), 52/1998 s. 105(1)(a)(b). (1) The Secretary may, in his or her discretion, enter into a contract with any person carrying on fidelity insurance business whereby the Secretary will be insured or indemnified to the extent and in the manner provided by the contract against liability in respect of claims under this Part. (2) A contract referred to in subsection (1) may be entered into in relation to estate agents generally, or in relation to particular estate agents named therein, or in relation to estate agents generally with the exclusion of particular estate agents named therein.
