84 Subrogation of Secretary to rights etc. of claimant upon payment from Fund On payment out of the Fund of any moneys in respect of a claim under this Part, the Secretary shall be deemed to be subrogated to the extent of that payment to all the rights and remedies of the claimant in relation to the loss suffered by him from the defalcation including the right to benefit from any order made under section 86 of the **Sentencing Act 1991**.
