70V Offence to give false or misleading information A person must not— S. 70V(a) amended by No. 58/2016 s. 10(a). (a) give information to the Director under section 47D or to an inspector under this Division that the person believes to be false or misleading in any material particular; or S. 70V(b) amended by No. 58/2016 s. 10(b). (b) produce a document to the Director under section 47D or to an inspector under this Division that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material particular without indicating the respect in which it is false or misleading and, if practicable, providing correct information.
