70B Accounts and other documents available for inspection and audit An estate agent must, at all reasonable times at each office at which that estate agent carries on business as an estate agent, keep all documents (including trust accounts and records) relating to the business carried on at that office available for inspection or audit by an inspector in a form in which they can be readily and expeditiously inspected or audited by an inspector.
