107 Records of agent's representatives' eligibility for employment On and from the commencement day, despite the repeal of section 16(7), an estate agent is required to keep any document obtained under section 16(4) as in force immediately before its repeal in relation to an agent's representative until the earlier of— (a) the end of the period that is 2 years after the agent's representative ceases to be employed by the estate agent; or (b) the end of the period that is 2 years after the repeal of section 16(7).
