103Certificates given under section 16

103 Certificates given under section 16 On and from 1 July 2016, a certificate or copy of a certificate from the Australian Crime Commission that is given to an estate agent, or in the case of a corporation, to an officer in effective control of the estate agency business of the corporation, for the purposes of section 16(4) or (8) is taken to be a valid certificate or copy of a valid certificate for the purposes of that section.
