10 Powers of Director to enter into agreements
S. 10(1) amended by No. 17/2024 s. 13.
(1) The Director, with the approval of the Minister, may enter into agreements with approved industry associations.
(2) An agreement under subsection (1)—
(a) may contain such terms and conditions as are determined by the Director; and
(b) may provide for the performance by an approved industry association of a function of the Director (other than a function under section 56A).
