54O Conduct contravening more than one civil penalty requirement (1) If a person contravenes 2 or more civil penalty requirements, a proceeding for a contravention order may be commenced against the person in relation to the contravention of any one or more of those civil penalty requirements. (2) Despite subsection (1), a person is not liable to pay more than one civil penalty in relation to the same conduct. New s. 54P inserted by No. 41/2021 s. 9.
