54N Evidence given or produced during proceeding for contravention order (1) This section applies to information given and documents produced by an individual in a proceeding for a contravention order against the individual. (2) The information and documents are not admissible in evidence in a criminal proceeding against the individual for an offence constituted by conduct that is substantially the same as the conduct for which the contravention order was sought.
