54B Civil penalty amount—officers of energy licensees (1) For the purposes of section 54(1)(b), the civil penalty amount is— (a) an amount equal to 240 penalty units; or (b) if there is another amount provided for the contravention of that civil penalty requirement in accordance with section 54E, that other amount. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1)(b), the other amount may be less than an amount equal to 240 penalty units but must not exceed an amount equal to 3000 penalty units.
