53Contravention order

53 Contravention order (1) A court may make an order, on application of the Commission or a person authorised by the Commission, that a regulated entity has contravened a civil penalty requirement. (2) A court may make an order, on application of the Commission or a person authorised by the Commission, that a person who is an officer of a body corporate which is a regulated entity has contravened a civil penalty requirement if the person is taken to have contravened the civil penalty requirement under section 60A(1). If the court makes a contravention order it may make a civil penalty order, an adverse publicity order under section 54F or an order under section 54G or 54H.
