39C Offence of coercion etc. against person who complies with information gathering notice A person must not, because another person complied, or intends to comply, with an information gathering notice— (a) threaten, intimidate or coerce the other person; or (b) take, threaten to take, incite or be involved in any action that causes the other person to suffer any loss, injury or disadvantage.
