21Additional Commissioners

21 Additional Commissioners (1) The Governor in Council may appoint persons as additional Commissioners who are qualified for appointment because of their knowledge of, or experience in, one or more of the fields of industry, commerce, economics, law or public administration. (2) An additional Commissioner is to be appointed on such terms and conditions, not inconsistent with this Act, as the Governor in Council determines. S. 21(3) substituted by Nos 108/2004 s. 117(1) (Sch. 3 item 70.2), 80/2006 s. 26(Sch. item 35.2). (3) The **Public Administration Act 2004** (other than Part 3 of that Act) applies to an additional Commissioner in respect of his or her office as a Commissioner.
