16Memoranda of Understanding

16 Memoranda of Understanding (1) In this section ***prescribed body*** means— (a) a person, body or agency which— (i) is a prescribed agency; or (ii) represents the interests of users or consumers; and (b) is prescribed for the purposes of this section. (2) The Commission and a prescribed body must enter into a Memorandum of Understanding by a date determined by the Minister. (3) A Memorandum of Understanding— (a) must include such matters as are prescribed; and (b) may include any other matters that the parties consider appropriate. (4) The Commission must ensure that a Memorandum of Understanding is published— (b) on the internet.
