5 Relationship to other Acts etc

This Act has effect despite anything expressed or implied in—

(a) any other Act, including—

(i) the Industrial Relations Act 1996, or

(ii) the State Emergency and Rescue Management Act 1989 or the State Emergency Service Act 1989, or

(iii) Part 6 of the Energy and Utilities Administration Act 1987, or

(b) any State industrial instrument, or

(c) any award or agreement within the meaning of the Industrial Relations Act 1996, or

(d) any contract or agreement, whether oral or in writing, or

(e) any deed, security, document or writing.
