195B Interim chairperson Despite section 168, if on the commencement day, a chairperson or acting chairperson has not been appointed, the members of the Board may elect a member to preside at meetings until a chairperson or acting chairperson is appointed. S. 195C inserted by No. 26/2011 s. 29.
