190 Regulations The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to— S. 190(a) amended by No. 26/2011 s. 34(Sch. item 7.3). (a) prescribing matters in connection with the exercise of powers by the Commission; (b) prescribing forms for the purposes of this Act; (c) prescribing penalties, not exceeding 2 penalty units, for contraventions of the regulations; (d) generally prescribing any matters or things required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or necessary to be prescribed to give effect to this Act.
