189 Protection of people giving evidence and information If— S. 189(a) amended by No. 26/2011 s. 34(Sch. item 7.1). (a) a person has brought a dispute to the Commission for dispute resolution; or S. 189(b) amended by No. 26/2011 s. 34(Sch. item 7.2). (b) a document or any information or evidence has been produced or given to the Commission under this Act— a person is not personally liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by another person by reason only of the bringing of the dispute or the production or giving of the document, information or evidence.
