126 Commission may apply to enforce order of Tribunal (1) This section applies if— (a) the Tribunal has made an order referred to in section 125(a); and (b) a person has failed to comply with the order. (2) If the applicant consents, the Commission may enforce the order on behalf of the applicant in accordance with section 121(1) or 122(1) of the **Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998**. If the Commission enforces the order in accordance with section 121(1) or 122(1) of the **Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998**, the applicant may subsequently enforce that order as an order of the court.
