117 Admissibility of information gathered during dispute resolution (1) Evidence of anything said or done in the course of dispute resolution is inadmissible in proceedings before the Tribunal or any other legal proceeding relating to the subject matter of the dispute. (2) This section applies despite section 131 of the **Evidence Act 2008**.
