106 Liability of person who authorises or assists If, as a result of a person doing any of the things specified in section 105, the other person contravenes a provision of Part 4 or 6 or this Part, a person may— S. 106(a) amended by No. 26/2011 s. 34(Sch. item 5.2). (a) bring a dispute to the Commission for dispute resolution; or (b) make an application to the Tribunal— against either the person who authorises or assists or the person who contravenes a provision of Part 4 or 6 or this Part or both of those persons.
