57 Subclause 28(1) of Schedule 3 (1) Chapters 2 and 4 and Divisions 1 to 4 (inclusive) of Part 13 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 do not apply to: (a) the performance of a function, or the exercise of a power, conferred on the ACA by this Division; or (b) an action (as defined in that Act) authorised by a facility installation permit.
