sec.22 Application of s 11 during transitional period
Section 11(4) does not apply in relation to an environmental management decision made during the transitional period. In this section— environmental management decision see the Environmental Protection Regulation 2019 , section 32 . transitional period means the period that starts on the commencement and ends 1 year after the commencement. s 22 ins 2019 SL No. 234 s 24 (sec.22-ssec.1) Section 11(4) does not apply in relation to an environmental management decision made during the transitional period.
