sec.13 Amending waters in sch 1
The chief executive may replace a document stated in schedule 1 , column 2 for particular water only if— there has been consultation with the community, including industry and commerce sectors; and the chief executive has considered the economic and social impacts of protecting environmental values for the water. However, subsection (1) does not apply to a replacement document if— the purpose of the replacement is only to correct a minor error, or make another change that is not a change of substance; or the document being replaced states that an amendment of a stated type may be made to the document under this subsection, and the purpose of the replacement is only to make an amendment of the stated type.
