#### 76 Previously suspended, withdrawn or lapsed accreditation 76 Previously suspended, withdrawn or lapsed accreditation > Section 109ZF(2), as inserted by the 2003 amending Act, extends to complaints that were made but not finally dealt with before the date of assent to that Act and to a person whose right to practise as an accredited certifier was suspended, or whose accreditation was withdrawn or lapsed, before that date.
