#### 4A Interpretation—renumbered or relocated provisions of Act 4A Interpretation—renumbered or relocated provisions of Act > > (1) In this clause— > > > > document means any Act or statutory or other instrument or any contract or agreement, and includes any document issued or made under or for the purposes of any Act or statutory or other instrument. > > > (2) A reference in any document (whether enacted, issued or made before or after the commencement of this clause) to a provision of the Act that has been renumbered or relocated by the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act 2017](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2017-060) is taken to be a reference to the renumbered or relocated provision.
