#### 139 Infrastructure projects taken to be exempt development 139 Infrastructure projects taken to be exempt development > Development for the purposes of an infrastructure project is taken to be exempt development for the purposes of the Act if— > > > (a) it is the subject of an order under section 23(1)(a) of the Nation Building Act, and > > > (b) an authorisation under section 24 of that Act was not required for the carrying out of the project, and > > > (c) the Co-ordinator General has certified in writing that this Part applies to the project or a class of projects of which the project is a member.
