#### 123 Continuation in force of deemed environmental planning instruments 123 Continuation in force of deemed environmental planning instruments > > (1) All deemed environmental planning instruments that are in force immediately before the relevant commencement day continue in force and have effect according to their tenor. > > > (2) Any such instrument may be amended or repealed by an environmental planning instrument made under Part 3 of the Act.
