#### 108 Part 3A matters 108 Part 3A matters > > (1) The amendments made by Schedule 1\[3\], \[4\] and \[5\] to the amending Act apply to declarations made (or purporting to be made) before the commencement of those amendments. > > > (2) The amendment made by Schedule 1\[12\] to the amending Act applies only to applications lodged after the commencement of the amendment. > > > (3) The other amendments to Part 3A of the Act made by Schedule 1 to the amending Act extend to matters pending under Part 3A on the commencement of those amendments. > > > (4) A concept plan that was submitted before the commencement of the amendments made by Schedule 1\[11\], \[21\] and \[29\] to the amending Act may continue to be dealt with after that commencement as if it were an application for approval of a concept plan.
