#### 93 Additional days for certain assessment periods 93 Additional days for certain assessment periods > > (1) The assessment period for a development application for the following development is increased by the number of days by which the public exhibition period for the development application exceeds the minimum period required under the Act— > > > > > (a) designated development, > > > > > (b) nominated integrated development, > > > > > (c) threatened species development, > > > > > (d) State significant development. > > > (2) If the public exhibition period for a development application for development specified in subsection (1) exceeds the minimum period required under the Act, the consent authority must notify the applicant of the dates of the public exhibition period and the effect of subsection (1).
