#### 90 Content of notice of determination for persons who made submissions 90 Content of notice of determination for persons who made submissions > > (1) This section applies to notice of the determination of a development application given to a person under section 87(1)(b) or (c). > > > (2) The notice must contain the following information— > > > > > (a) whether the application has been granted or refused, > > > > > (b) if development consent is granted— > > > > > > > (i) the day from which the development consent operates, and > > > > > > > (ii) the day on which the development consent lapses, > > > > > (c) whether the Independent Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing about the application, > > > > > (d) which approval bodies have given general terms of approval in relation to the development, as referred to in the Act, section 4.50, > > > > > (e) whether the applicant has the right to request a review of the determination under the Act, section 8.3, > > > > > (f) whether the applicant has a right of appeal against the determination under the Act, Part 8, > > > > > (g) whether an objector has a right of appeal against the determination under the Act, > > > > > (h) how the person may access more information about the development application. > > > (3) The notice must clearly refer to the registered number of the development application. > > > (4) Failure to give the notice within 14 days does not affect the validity of the notice or a development consent to which it relates.
