65A Factors not of relevance to development application—the Act, s 4.15(1A)(b)

(1) For the purpose of the consideration of a matter referred to in section 4.15(1)(b), the significant likely impacts of other development for which consent is not sought in the development application are declared to be factors that are not of relevance to the development the subject of the development application.

(2) In this section—

other development means development that is likely to be, or will be, required to be carried out as a result of the development that is the subject of the development application.
