#### 63 Considerations for erection of temporary structures 63 Considerations for erection of temporary structures > In determining a development application for the erection of a temporary structure, the consent authority must consider whether— > > > (a) the fire protection and structural capacity of the structure will be appropriate to the proposed use of the structure, and > > > (b) the ground or other surface on which the structure will be erected will be sufficiently firm and level to sustain the structure while in use.
