#### 34A Pending modification applications 34A Pending modification applications > If an application to modify a development consent was lodged, but not finally determined, before the commencement of the following items of the amending Act, the application must be determined as if the items had not commenced— > > > (a) Schedule 1\[96\]–\[98\], \[102\] and \[105\]–\[107\], > > > (b) Schedule 2\[9\], \[10\], \[15\]–\[17\], \[36\] and \[37\].
