#### 257 Timing for payment of certain additional fees 257 Timing for payment of certain additional fees > If State significant infrastructure is declared to be critical State significant infrastructure after the fee for the application for approval of State significant infrastructure is due or paid, the additional fee for the approval of critical State significant infrastructure is payable within 14 days after the Planning Secretary notifies the applicant of the additional fee.
