#### 25 Information about concurrence or approvals 25 Information about concurrence or approvals > A development application must contain the following information— > > > (a) a list of the authorities — > > > > > (i) from which concurrence must be obtained before the development may lawfully be carried out, and > > > > > (ii) from which concurrence would have been required but for the Act, section 4.13(2A) or 4.41, > > > (b) a list of the approvals of the kind referred to in the Act, section 4.46(1) that must be obtained before the development may lawfully be carried out.
