#### 237 Powers of entry 237 Powers of entry > > (1) This section applies to entry onto land under the Act, Schedule 7, clause 15. > > > (2) Entry may be made only at a reasonable hour in the daytime or at an hour during which business is in progress or is usually carried on at the land. > > > (3) At least 24 hours’ notice must be given to the owner or occupier of the land of the intention to enter the land. > > > (4) An authorised person must not enter any part of premises being used for residential premises without the consent of the owner or occupier.
