201 Approval of other Codes
> > (1) The Minister may—
> >
> > > (a) approve 1 or more Codes for the purposes of this Division, and
> >
> > > (b) vary or revoke an approved Code.
>
> > (2) An approval of a Code, or a variation or revocation of an approved Code, takes effect on—
> >
> > > (a) the day on which notice of the approval, variation or revocation is published in the Gazette, or
> >
> > > (b) a later day specified in the approval, variation or revocation.
>
> > (3) Before varying or revoking a Code or approving a Code as a replacement for an existing Code that applies to an authorised network operator as referred to in section 198(1)(c), the Minister must—
> >
> > > (a) notify each authorised network operator affected by the proposal, and
> >
> > > (b) give each operator an opportunity to make submissions on the proposal.
>
> > (4) The Minister must take into account any submission made by an authorised network operator within 20 business days after the operator was notified of the proposal.
>
> > (5) This section does not apply to an ARTC Code.
>
> > (6) In this section—
> >
> > business day means a day that is not a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday throughout New South Wales.
