#### 178 Duration of environmental assessment requirements for designated development and other activities 178 Duration of environmental assessment requirements for designated development and other activities > > (1) This section applies to the following applications— > > > > > (a) a development application for designated development, > > > > > (b) an application for approval of an activity. > > > (2) If the application is not made within 2 years after notice of the environmental assessment requirements is last given to the responsible person under section 176, the responsible person must further consult the Planning Secretary in relation to the preparation of the environmental impact statement.
