174 Application for environmental assessment requirements for integrated development
> > (1) This section applies to an application for the environmental assessment requirements for integrated development.
>
> > (2) In addition to the requirements under section 173, the application must contain details of the approvals that are required for the development.
>
> > (3) After receiving an application, the Planning Secretary must, by written notice, request each relevant approval body to give the approval body’s requirements in relation to the environmental impact statement to the Planning Secretary.
>
> > (4) If the approval body’s requirements are given to the Planning Secretary within 14 days after receipt of the Planning Secretary’s request, the Planning Secretary must notify the approval body of the environmental assessment requirements and any modifications to the requirements.
>
> > (5) If the approval body’s requirements are not given to the Planning Secretary within 14 days, the Planning Secretary must give written notice to the responsible person.
>
> > (6) After receiving notice under subsection (5), the responsible person must—
> >
> > > (a) apply to the approval body for its requirements in relation to the environmental impact statement, and
> >
> > > (b) if the approval body gives its requirements to the responsible person—consider the requirements in completing the environmental impact statement.

> > (7) In this section—
> >
> > approval body’s requirements means the approval body’s requirements in relation to an environmental impact statement for the purposes of its decision about the general terms of the approval in relation to the development, including whether it will grant an approval.
