170 Planning Secretary guidelines about review of environmental factors—the Act, s 5.10(a)

(1) The Planning Secretary may issue guidelines in relation to—

(a) the factors to be taken into account by a determining authority when considering the likely impact of an activity (the environmental factors), and

(b) the form of the document required to be prepared by a determining authority under section 171.

(2) The guidelines must be published on the NSW planning portal.

(3) The Planning Secretary may vary or revoke the guidelines.
