#### 124 Complying development involving subdivision 124 Complying development involving subdivision > > (1) An application for a complying development certificate for development involving subdivision work must be accompanied by subdivision work plans and specifications. > > > (2) The subdivision work plans and specifications must contain the following— > > > > > (a) details of the existing and proposed subdivision pattern, including the number of lots and the location of roads, > > > > > (b) details about the public authorities that have been consulted about the provision of utility services to the land, > > > > > (c) detailed engineering plans about earthworks, roadworks, road pavement, road furnishings, stormwater drainage, water supply works, sewerage works, landscaping works and erosion control works, > > > > > (d) copies of compliance certificates to be relied on.
