124 Complying development involving subdivision

124 Complying development involving subdivision

(1) An application for a complying development certificate for development involving subdivision work must be accompanied by subdivision work plans and specifications.

(2) The subdivision work plans and specifications must contain the following—

(a) details of the existing and proposed subdivision pattern, including the number of lots and the location of roads,

(b) details about the public authorities that have been consulted about the provision of utility services to the land,

(c) detailed engineering plans about earthworks, roadworks, road pavement, road furnishings, stormwater drainage, water supply works, sewerage works, landscaping works and erosion control works,

(d) copies of compliance certificates to be relied on.
