#### 117 Notice of proposed revocation or modification of consent 117 Notice of proposed revocation or modification of consent > > (1) For the purposes of the Act, section 4.57(3)(a)(ii), the Secretary of the Department of Customer Service is prescribed in relation to a proposed revocation or modification of a development consent that affects— > > > > > (a) the transfer, alteration, repair or extension of water service pipes, or > > > > > (b) the carrying out of sanitary plumbing work, sanitary drainage work or stormwater drainage work. > > > (2) The notice of the proposed revocation or modification of a development consent must contain the reasons for the proposed revocation or modification.
