#### 112 Consent authority to notify or publicly exhibit modification applications 112 Consent authority to notify or publicly exhibit modification applications > A requirement under the Act or this Division to notify or publicly exhibit a modification application must be carried out by— > > > (a) if the original development consent was granted by the Court—the consent authority to which the original development application was made, or > > > (b) if the original development consent was granted or deemed to be refused by a Sydney district or regional planning panel—the council or councils of the area in which the development will be carried out, or > > > (c) if the development consent was granted by the Court on appeal and the original development consent was granted or deemed to be refused by a Sydney district or regional planning panel—the council or councils of the area in which the development will be carried out, or > > > (d) otherwise—the consent authority to which the modification application is made.
