4 Establishment of Housing Delivery Authority
(1) A panel with the name of the Housing Delivery Authority is established for the purposes of the Act.
Note—
The Act, section 2.3(2) provides that the chairperson and other members of a panel are to be appointed by the Minister or the Planning Secretary, as the case requires.
(2) The Housing Delivery Authority is a NSW Government agency.
