#### 59 Notice of intention to commence erection of building or subdivision work 59 Notice of intention to commence erection of building or subdivision work > > (1) A person required to give a notice under the Act, section 6.6(2)(e) or 6.12(2)(c) must ensure the notice contains the following information— > > > > > (a) the name and address of the person, > > > > > (b) a description of the work to be carried out, > > > > > (c) the address of the land on which the work will be carried out, > > > > > (d) the registered numbers and date of issue of the development consent and construction certificate, > > > > > (e) a statement signed by or on behalf of the principal certifier that all conditions of the consent that must be satisfied before the work commences have been satisfied, > > > > > (f) the date on which the work is intended commence. > > > (2) The notice must be lodged on the NSW planning portal.
