#### 5 Copies of compliance certificates—the Act, s 6.33(1) 5 Copies of compliance certificates—the Act, s 6.33(1) > Within 2 days after issuing an occupation certificate, a certifier must give a copy of each compliance certificate relied on to issue the occupation certificate to— > > > (a) the consent authority, and > > > (b) if the consent authority is not the council—the council. > > Maximum penalty— > > > (a) for a corporation—300 penalty units, or > > > (b) for an individual—150 penalty units.
