#### 35 Information to be included in subdivision works certificate—the Act, s 6.33(1) 35 Information to be included in subdivision works certificate—the Act, s 6.33(1) > A certifier must not issue a subdivision works certificate unless the certificate contains the following information— > > > (a) the name of the certifier, > > > (b) if the certifier is a registered body corporate—the name of the individual who issued the certificate, > > > (c) if the certifier is a registered certifier— > > > > > (i) the registration number of the certifier, and > > > > > (ii) if the certifier is a registered body corporate—the registration number of the individual who issued the certificate, > > > (d) the signature of the individual who issued the certificate, > > > (e) the registered number and date of issue of a relevant development consent, > > > (f) the date of the certificate, > > > (g) a statement to the effect that work completed in accordance with documents accompanying the application for the certificate, including modifications to the documents verified by the certifier, will comply with the requirements referred to in the Act, section 6.12. > > Maximum penalty— > > > (a) for a corporation—300 penalty units, or > > > (b) for an individual—150 penalty units.
