> > (1) For the purposes of the Act, section 6.1, definition of Crown, the following are prescribed—
> >
> > > (a1) the Government of New South Wales, and
> >
> > > (a2) a Minister of the Crown in right of New South Wales, and
> >
> > > (a) a public authority, other than a council,
> >
> > > (b) an Australian university, within the meaning of the [Higher Education Act 2001](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2001-102),
> >
> > > (c) a TAFE establishment, within the meaning of the [Technical and Further Education Commission Act 1990](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1990-118),
> >
> > > (d) without limiting paragraph (a), a Crown cemetery operator, within the meaning of the [Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-105).

> > (2) For the purposes of the Act, section 4.32(2)(a), the following persons are prescribed in relation to Crown building work under the Act, section 6.28—
> >
> > > (a) if development consent is required under the Act—the Luna Park Reserve Trust,
> >
> > > (b) if the work is an activity within the meaning of the Act, Part 5—
> > >
> > > > (i) a determining authority that is a proponent, within the meaning of the Act, Part 5, of the activity, and
> > >
> > > > (ii) a company SOC, within the meaning of the [State Owned Corporations Act 1989](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1989-134), that is the subject of a certificate under that Act, section 37A for the activity.
